A SHARED SPACE
- Your safety and enjoyment is our utmost priority at Palais.
- Please respect those around you and ensure that your presence is only felt positively. We operate a zero tolerance policy toward homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism or discrimination of any other kind.
- Any person found to discriminate, harass, or touch anyone without consent will be removed from the club and may be banned from returning.
- If at any point you or a friend feel unwell or uncomfortable, or you see any inappropriate behavior, speak to a member of our welfare team (wearing blue t-shirts) security or venue staff, who will be able to assist you.
NO PHONE OR CAMERA POLICY
- We operate a no phone or camera policy at Palais. Any filming or photography is not permitted within the venue.
- Upon entry, a sticker will be placed on your phone camera. Failure to respect these rules will result in your removal from the club.
- Any other camera equipment will be confiscated by security during entry and returned to you on your exit.
Please note – Occasionally, our in-house media team will be shooting during event times. This content is strictly used for marketing purposes and any visible faces will be blurred.
DRESS CODE
- Palais is a shared space and the people within it shape the experience.
- While we don’t operate a strict dress code, we ask guests to dress with consideration for the space and the night they are attending.
- Formal or corporate attire, including suits, are not considered appropriate for the venue and may result in refusal of entry.
21+
- Palais operates a strict 21+ and ID check at the door policy.
- Physical ID is essential for entry. No ID, no Entry.
Our door team reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone they feel may not positively contribute to the environment. Decisions are made with the safety, comfort and experience of everyone in mind and are final. We ask that they are respected.
